Our Purpose
D’Quake Trybe exists to be a catalyst for transformational change. We believe transformation begins when people are given access to the right combination of knowledge, opportunity, mentorship, resources, relationships, and platforms.
Our work goes far beyond hosting events or short-term experiences. We seek to create meaningful, enduring pathways through which young people can:

Why We Exist
Young people are among the greatest sources of creativity, innovation, energy, and possibility in our communities. Yet many face systemic barriers to accessing quality training, mentorship, professional networks, creative platforms, employment pathways, funding, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
These barriers can be particularly significant for young people from Black, African, newcomer, racialized, and underserved communities. D’Quake Trybe was established to help bridge those gaps.
